Charles Bass 'Charley' Wade

February 11, 1892 - September 22, 1956

January 07, 2026

Charley's parents, Allen Franklin 'Frank' Wade and Deborah Hellen Youngblood, were married March 29, 1886, in Taney County, Missouri.

1892

Charley was born February 11, 1892, the second of four children born to Allen and Deborah. Following Deborah's death in 1904, Allen married Susan Armenthia Flowers in 1905 and together they had seven children.

There is some uncertainty about the exact year and place of Charley's birth.

His World War I draft registration card lists his year of birth as 1893 and place of birth as Forsyth, Missouri.

His death certificate lists his year of birth as 1892 and his place of birth as Mildred, Missouri.

Forsyth and Mildred are located 5 miles apart from each other, and both are in Taney County.
